About Me

As a passionate and dedicated tutor, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biology at Cornell University with minors in both Spanish and Psychology. With experience teaching both high school and middle school students as a teaching assistant, I have developed a student-centered approach that emphasizes patience and adaptability. My tutoring experience includes volunteering with Spanish-speaking immigrants to help them learn English, which has given me a unique perspective on language acquisition. I also have experience as a teaching assistant for an introductory biology class. I aim to create engaging and organized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, fostering their confidence and love for learning. Additionally, my background in science and language, combined with my experience as a teaching assistant, equips me to inspire students in subjects like Conversational Spanish and Reading Comprehension.
