I enjoy teaching science and math, especially when I can help students come to realizations about how the information relates to the real world and ways it directly applies to them! How do we know this? How was this discovered? How does it relate to me day-to-day? How does this help me solve real problems? I love teaching and learning about biology and earth & environmental science.

I like being outside, hiking, camping, cooking, reading and being with my family.
