About Me

Nerd alert: I love all things grammar, writing, and literature. After teaching high school English for 14 years, I am switching to online tutoring in order to focus my efforts on helping students one-on-one with anything from SAT/ACT prep, essay writing, college admission essays, literary analysis, and all the punctuation rules in the world. My "other" job is refinishing old furniture into new and glorious pieces for resale. I also have a husband and son who love it when I correct their grammar.
