About Me

I am a graduate of Grand Canyon University. I received my Masters in Elementary Education. I am a Certified Teacher. I have been teaching the lower elementary grades for 9 years. I am most passionate about teaching Elementary Phonics, Grammar, and Math. It is my greatest achievement to help young children become strong readers. I encourage my students with a quote written by A. A. Milne and recited by the lovable Winnie the Pooh. The quote says, "You're braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think."
