About Me

I am a graduate of Arizona State University and Chadron State College. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, a Master's Degree in Education, and a Middle Grades Endorsement in both math and English. I recently retired from full time classroom teaching after 31 years, most of those in middle school math, but I have taught a wide range of levels of mathematics. I have worked with Varsity Tutors since September 2024 and love connecting one on one with students! I am a firm believer in a quality education for ALL students and that often requires a one on one approach. I also work for Pearson Education and evaluate up and coming student teachers.
