I enjoy helping students reach their academic goals, encouraging them to think critically, and creating a safe space for them to express themselves. I received my undergraduate degree from Alabama State University and my Master's Degree in Liberal Arts with a Concentration in English from Auburn University in Montgomery. I have been married for 6 years and together we have one son and one Pitbull. We enjoy spending time together and traveling when we can.

My hobbies include binging TV shows, playing video games, learning new things, traveling, spending time with family, and reading. Lately, I have enjoyed trying new foods. I am interested in beginning a writing journey.
