About Me

As an Engineer with over 16 years of Math education and over 4 years of experience in a STEM profession, I have developed a great passion for Mathematics. I graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. Math has always been my favorite subject in my education, and I seek to encourage young minds to learn and grow in love with this subject. In the past, I have had multiple experiences tutoring middle school students in STEM subjects. But as a tutor on this platform, I would like to assist elementary school students in growing in their knowledge of mathematics. I believe many students are visual learners, so I would like to incorporate visual aids into my tutoring style. Outside of education and working, I enjoy cooking, drawing, painting, and tennis.
