About Me

My name is Cherokee and I am a dedicated and passionate tutor. I believe that each student has extraordinary potential as long as their teacher is willing to learn how to work with the student. I find it important to understand how a student best learns materials and use this to enhance their studies. I also encourage students to take on the teaching role after working on a topic to further imprint the material. I have my degree in Biology and currently perform research at Washington University in St. Louis. My strongest subjects fall under the realm of STEM but I also have a passion for literature.
