Ever since my time at John F. Kennedy Catholic School, I've been passionate about teaching students. While there, I taught other high schoolers (primarily grades nine and ten) in the subjects of English, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, and Geometry. During my time in college, I tutored elementary and middle school students in the subject of math through the "America Counts" program. I also worked as a Writing and Speaking Center Associate in college, assisting my fellow students in editing and proofreading their papers, resumes, cover letters, and even public speeches. My favorite part of teaching is the moment when a student finally understands a concept, and I see the subsequent joy and relief in their eyes. In my spare time, I enjoy walks, writing poetry, journaling, bowling, and watching anime.
