About Me

My specialty is working with children, adults, and college students who need specialized skill building. Besides working as a Special Ed assistant teacher in Oregon, for grades 2nd through 12th, my adult daughter has learning disabilities, and my grandson whom I'm raising, has ADHD and Autism. While living in Oregon, my horseback riding program for children and adults with disabilities grew to be the largest Special Olympics Equestrian program in the state of Oregon, and our team competed at S.O. World Games in 1995. I grew up in the Air Force, and as a teenager lived in England and travelled throughout Europe. Education and travel are my passions. I earned my BA from Saint Mary's College of California, and my Post Graduate degree from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland, in 2025. Learning new things, and being open to new perspectives, teaches us to expand our visions, dreams, and understanding of others. I'm ready to help you or your student conquer your goals!
