To improve student focus and interest I make review sessions interactive and utilize several methods to identify student strengths and weaknesses. My positivity for learning is contagious. I am very accessible and offer 1:1 support when necessary. I receive a lot of satisfaction from watching exam grades and student interest improve as a result of my effort.
