About Me

As a person of passion concerning academics, I am excited to devote my expertise to the subjects I have taken and mastered in my prior years of schooling. I have dealt with numerous students ranging from 10 to 25 years of age and am delighted to meet new, bright individuals wanting to increase their knowledge. I received my bachelor of science in psychology at the University of Michigan Dearborn and my bachelor of science in nursing. I am a cardiac nurse working 3 days a week, which makes my tutoring availability very flexible. My favorite subject to tutor has to be chemistry due to its applicable nature to everyday life. This makes it easier to understand conceptually, and I believe I know how to explain it in easy-to-understand terms. Regarding teaching styles, I usually like to get to know my students during our first session as a "freestyle" session to discover how they learn and plan my lessons for them accordingly. I am excited to meet my next students!
