My name is Madeline and I am a history and political science major born and raised in Miami, FL. I have nearly a decade of tutoring experience and expertise in teaching history, economics, government/civics, English, and other related subjects. I love working with my students to come up with customized plans to allow them to achieve their goals.

I consider myself to be a bit of a renaissance woman. I have lots of different constantly changing and evolving interests and hobbies, and have often been told that I am overall just passionate about life. What has remained consistent for me is a love of reading, writing, and research. I love falling into Wikipedia rabbit holes, and I could do nothing but read and write all day. I especially love reading non-fiction historical books and romance novels. Aside from that, I'm a creative person with an interest in embroidery, beading, painting, and crocheting. I also love to cook/bake, garden, travel, and shop. More than anything, I love spending time with my friends and family- especially my husband, Robert, and our two dogs, Loki and Katsu.
