About Me

I hold a PhD in Public Policy and Administration (Walden University), an MS in Organizational Leadership (Cairn University), and a BA in Psychology (Bates College). I tutor students from early childhood education through graduate study and professional adult across social sciences, leadership, research methods, and academic writing, including dissertation development. My expertise includes reading comprehension (close reading, inferential analysis, synthesis) and writing across genres (analytical, research, argumentative), as well as public speaking and dissertation editing/support. I emphasize academic voice, argumentation, and the full writing process, while integrating executive functioning strategies such as organization, time management, and task initiation. I have experience supporting students with Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities using differentiated, student-centered approaches. My goal is to strengthen skills, build confidence, and drive measurable academic success.
