About Me

I am a graduate of Walden University (PhD, Public Policy; Administration), Cairn University (MS, Organizational Leadership), and Bates College (BA, Psychology). I have tutored and mentored students from pre-school through graduate school in a variety of subjects. I am enthusiastic about reading comprehension, a broad range of writing styles, dissertation writing, organization and study skills, leadership and business subjects, social sciences, and research, and other subjects. I am also comfortable working with people diagnosed with disabilities. Learning is a process where a foundation of knowledge is laid and built upon. Each student has their own learning style and learning method. When I tutor, I work to understand each individual student's learning style and assist them to succeed in academics in a manner that is comfortable for them while meeting the requirement(s) of their classes or courses. In my spare time I enjoy walking, hiking, the outdoors, reading, and writing. Hobbies: hiking, outdoors, reading, music, writing, art, books
