About Me

National Expert Xilin Chen has been teaching chess for more than 5 years and has a USCF rating of 2100. Xilin started learning chess in high school and soon become passionate to the world of 64 squares. He then helped his high school team to win the team 1st place trophy in a scholastic tournament. Despite of the heavy academic work in Stony Brook, Xilin has been an active eBoard of the college chess club. If you have any questions about chess, here is the right place to chat!
