My bachelor's degree is in psychology; my master's and doctoral degrees are in clinical psychology. I have worked for 35 years as a clinician, in many different settings and with a variety of problem areas. Along with my clinical work, I have done a significant amount of teaching, at both undergraduate and graduate levels, at a variety of academic settings. Approximately 25-30 years of that experience has been part-time, and one year was full-time. I love teaching and helping people learn and discover things. Psychology is a fascinating and far-ranging subject with myriad applications. Actually, the subject of psychology is relevant to everyone, as we all behave and we all interact with the behavior of others. I love psychology, and I love sharing my knowledge with others.

`Bicycling. Working out. Dogs. Reading. Hiking. Sports. Movies/TV/music. I am also very interested and involved in politics, but don't consider that a hobby per se. I am interested in psychology generally; psychoanalytic theory & therapy; neuroscience.
