I am taking time to explore my lifelong interest in teaching. I began tutoring at the University of Notre Dame, where I worked for three years as a teaching assistant in a Cell Biology laboratory course. There, I enjoyed helping my peers understand the larger picture developing through our weekly experiments. At Loyola University Chicago, I continued to tutor a variety of subjects while earning a Master of Arts in Medical Sciences.

I am a recent magna cum laude graduate of Duke University and a full-time educator in North Carolina. I have a passion for helping young people figure things out and have experience writing professionally.

I am a current (though almost graduated) student in Chemical Engineering at Georgia Tech. I absolutely love teaching and tutoring, and I have 3 years experience tutoring and just over a year's experience in being a teacher's assistant. I am currently a fourth year medical student in Chicago. I attended the University of Notre Dame for undergrad, where I was a double major in Chinese and pre-medicine. I am a senior Psychology, Spanish, and Religion major, and I have been tutoring for over ten years. I am currently a doctoral student in Public and Social Policy at Saint Louis University and I am finishing my dissertation from Wichita. I hold a Masters Degree in Social Work and a Paralegal Certificate from San Francisco State University. Additionally, I hold a Bachelors degree in Political Science in Philosophy from Washington University in St. Louis. I went through a gifted curriculum prior to college and excelled in math and the sciences, ultimately being published nationally in the subject of neurosurgery. Part way through college, I decided to focus more of my energy on the social sciences which I have done ever since. When I was not attending school, I have worked as a Social Worker with vulnerable populations in many different positions. I plan to finish my Ph.D. in the upcoming year, and become a professor; in part because of the passion that I have for learning. I am a graduate student at Columbia University, working towards Masters degrees in Public Health and Social Work. I am a graduate of Brandeis University with Bachelor's degrees in Anthropology and Environmental Science. I have been teaching students ages 9 and up for approximately 8 years, and I would love to help you reach your academic potential! My favorite subjects to tutor are reading comprehension, environmental science, and essay-writing.

I am a graduate of Emory University, where I received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I then received a Master of Science from Johns Hopkins University where I focused on Biotechnology. I am currently pursuing my M.D. in Boston, MA. During my time in graduate school, I tutored middle school and high school students in science and math. I love tutoring science, especially health sciences as I am in school to become a physician. I also enjoy teaching math and I find it to be one of the most rewarding subjects to watch a student grow to understand. Throughout my academic career, I have taken the SAT, GRE, and MCAT so I am especially passionate about test preparation.

I am also interested in tutoring college students preparing for the GRE general test. For test preparation, I assign a decent amount of homework each week and I spend the majority of my sessions going over the questions my students answer incorrectly.
