Hi! I'm Esther Malone. Everyone calls me Ms eM. I run an agency for the performing and teaching arts, combining the creative with the academic. Building an energetic, emotional connection to the subject keeps an individual engaged with a desire to learn more! I believe in Q&A, analysis, and great debating - processes that encourage critical thinking, and self-expression. Your voice matters. Your style of engagement matters. Learning is both a psychological and intellectual endeavor. As a creative strategist and educational coach, my passion is opening the heart, mind, and senses so that a student has an ah-ha moment, grasps a concept, sees possibilities unfold, and believes 'I Can!' An English teacher will hire me to teach storytelling to her students, knowing that kids who engage in great interactive storytelling can then be guided through 'no fuss, no hassle' revisions and editing. They are excited to vet and prepare their works of art for publishing. Keeping it creative is how I roll, whether the subject matter is StoryTelling, College Essays, Civics, Reading, Journaling, Public Speaking, Early Childhood Development, or Bullying Prevention! Let's not forget, 'Schooling' is a collaborative effort.
