Certified Tutor

Hi, I'm a recent graduate of the University of Chicago. I received both my Master's and Bachelor's in International Relations there. I am a native Korean speaker, and because being Korean-American has always been such a huge part of my identity, I'm excited for the opportunity to tutor students who are interested in learning the language of my country. From my own experience learning languages, I know it can be challenging especially when so much of the country's culture is steeped within the language and its nuances. I hope to bring my own cultural background into our classes to make the process of learning Korean fun and enjoyable for everyone. I am also very confident in my English writing skills. I have experience writing Master's and Bachelor's level theses where I conducted my own research.
