I am a graduate of James Madison University with a B.A. in Communication Arts and History and a minor in Journalism and secondary education; also, I hold a master's degree in secondary education and English from JMU. My teaching experience ranges from English, Grades 7-12, in both middle school and high school settings to college-level academic reading and writing at my alma mater. I look forward to working with students who need help with literature, grammar, and all types of writing. I firmly believe that education affords students better thinking and communication skills, improved job opportunities, more work satisfaction, and better pay. Also, I aim to a strong role model and an effective educator in each job I hold.
