Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of St. John's University in NYC. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Education. I then received my Master of Science in Education from SJU, with a focus on Social Sciences. Since graduation, I have traveled extensively and taught every grade from Pre-K through 12th.
I have tutored a variety of students throughout NYC and Georgia. I have also received my ESOL, Gifted, and my Online Teaching Endorsement. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about working with disadvantaged youth of all ages. I love being able to give these students the love and compassion that they so need and deserve!! I also love working with students from different cultures, who are learning the English language!! I learn as much from my students and their families as they learn from me! In my experience, the most important thing about teaching is first creating that trust, respect and rapport with my students and their families. I truly believe that all children deserve a chance to be great in this lifetime! In my spare time, I enjoy reading that which enriches my life, yoga, walking, traveling, being a foodie, journaling, spending time with my beautiful daughters, and traveling the world!
