Certified Tutor

I graduated from Grand Canyon University in March 2016 with of Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I have taken some other courses in undergraduate Biblical Studies, MBA with HR, and graduate theology. I have 5 years of student advising from Grand Canyon University where I trained students in online college writing essays and prep for APA/ Turabian format styles. I have worked through ages from 18-50s of students that want to continue and advance themselves in their college education. I am currently in the process and works of getting my Master's in Clinical Counseling.

As for tutoring, I want to help students learn and enjoy English, Writing, and Psychology!

I have additional knowledge and expertise in providing tutoring for middle school math and high school writing which is in MLA format.

I can do more than simply help students with homework. My approach to aiding them is three-fold.

1. I am will review and reteach the material that you have difficulty with.
2. Diagnose what instructional methods you are learning through and what gaps are needed to be filled.
3. Provide learning techniques, studying skills and creative methods fit for your style of learning.
4. Impart retention methods of how to remember what you have learned in class.
