I received my PhD in Higher Education from Regent University. I also earned a MA in Government and an M.Ed.

I enjoy teaching anything, but really love English and political science courses, especially Political Philosophy and American government. I currently teach undergraduate courses in English, government, and education.

I love to learn something new every day and I encourage all of my students to do the same. I know that some subjects are not the most interesting to every student, but I do my best to make each topic applicable to real life. I also make sure it is fun- because if you're going to learn something it may as well be enjoyable.

I know that all students learn differently, so I incorporate a number of different teaching methods to ensure that I reach all students. I am very hands on and encourage my students to ask lots of questions.

When I'm not being a super nerd, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
