Certified Tutor

I am a clinical researcher in the field of Infectious Disease. I work both locally here in Baltimore and globally across sub-Saharan Africa. I received my master's in public health at Johns Hopkins University in 2023 where I studied tuberculosis and healthcare epidemiology. I will begin medical school next summer.

I began teaching and tutoring during my undergraduate years at Franklin & Marshall College in 2016. There I studied classical languages and political science and worked as a student tutor and a teaching fellow for languages (Latin, Greek, French), SAT prep, and middle and high school math. Subsequently, I served with AmeriCorps in Washington DC as a math teacher and advocate for education equity.

I believe every student can succeed with the right tools, encouragement, and guidance. I bring a lot of energy and enthusiasm to each session, making learning engaging and positive. By taking time to understand each learner's strengths, challenges, and goals, I tailor my approach to their individual needs. Together, we break concepts into clear steps, celebrate progress, and build the confidence and skills students need to reach their goals.
