Certified Tutor

I recently graduated from Northwestern University with a double major in Chemistry and Global Health Studies on the pre-medical track. I am currently taking a gap year before medical school. Outside of healthcare, education is a big passion of mine because I believe that students should have a support system and a mentor guiding them with their studies, which was something I did not have growing up. Throughout my college career, I tutored my peers in Chemistry and Biology. I also mentored middle school students at nearby Chicago Public Schools. I was also awarded the Fulbright Fellowship to be an English Teaching Assistant in Bulgaria this January. I am an empathetic mentor, and I will always center the student in every session we have. I want to make sure that students are comfortably learning at their own pace. Not only will I be their tutor, but I will be their mentor and friend. Outside of academia, I enjoy traveling, baking, singing, learning languages, and playing video games.
