I am a graduate of Northwestern University and I am currently getting my masters degree in education at Johns Hopkins University. I am a current 5th grade teacher in Washington DC, where I teach at a public charter school. I love getting to work with my students everyday and see their growth over time. I have also taught middle school math and done after school tutoring and intervention. I tutor in a wide variety of subjects but my particular interests are elementary and middle school subjects, from reading and writing to math and science. I think these are critical years where students build up their foundational skills and it is important that these are strong for the future.
