I am an experienced and professional educator who is an advocate for, and therefore specializes in literacy, as well as, confidence building. I'm looking forward to working with a child who struggles with reading; and making a positive impact on the student's and their family's lives.

In my spare time I am primarily a home body who does appreciate a nice evening out with friends that include dining, art walks, trips to the beach, shopping and travel in and out of the United States when I can.

I have 3 dogs (1 Shih Tzu, 1 Yorkie and once mixed breed Shorkie (which is a Shih Tzu and Yorkie mix). I've fostered several puppies until they were re-homed and it was by far one of the most enjoyable experiences. I call it puppy therapy because they all have been so lovable and adorable.

Hobbies

I am an extrovert with introverted tendencies. I enjoy high energy activities such as parks, sports, exercise and recreation, as well as, nature walks/hiking, yoga and meditation. I'm an avid reader who loves to research, journal and also color for fun and relaxation.
