I have taught high school English, ESOL, History, and Biology over the last 4 years. I had previously worked with elementary school students as an America Counts mentor and team leader, and I've worked as a long term sub in a middle school. As a student teacher and as a Big Brother (Big Brothers Big Sisters of America), I've worked with autistic learners. I earned my bachelor's degree in political science and my master's degree in education from the University of Maryland, College Park. More recently, I've worked in education partnerships and technology for a nonprofit and public benefit corporation. I am currently earning my Master's in Analytics from Georgia Tech.
