I am a recent graduate of the University of Florida Honors Program with a bachelor's degree in Advertising and a minor in Philosophy. I am a passionate writer, literature nerd, and self-proclaimed film critic, with a knack for both creativity and critical thinking. I tutor English and reading subjects. I am very skilled in reading comprehension and the technical aspects of writing such as grammar and punctuation. I also thoroughly enjoy the creative process from brainstorming to idea development and final editing; it feels like doing a puzzle.

In high school I tutored younger students who needed help with English essays. While I did not tutor for compensation in college, I often proofread and edited friends' and classmates' essays in exchange for favors or snacks. Outside of academia, I like to write and perform stand up and sketch comedy, watch movies/TV, do art projects, and most recently, I have been fostering dogs!
