Certified Tutor

I am deeply passionate about teaching and witnessing the growth of my students. With experience in teaching elementary and high school students, as well as tutoring middle schoolers, high schoolers, and college students, I have developed a versatile approach to education.

As a graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Engineering Science and History, I bring a unique interdisciplinary perspective to my teaching. My research on environmental justice and decolonizing engineering curriculum has honed my analytical and critical thinking skills. I am particularly enthusiastic about teaching history, elementary and middle school math, and ethics.

Outside of teaching, I actively engage with local environmental justice organizations, aiming to make a positive impact in my community. During my leisure time, I enjoy playing with my puppy and spending quality moments with friends. I offer tutoring services across a wide range of subjects, including elementary and middle school topics, 9th grade physics, civil and environmental engineering, history, and ethics. I am excited to be a part of the Varsity Tutors community, where I can share my passion and expertise to empower students and cultivate their love for learning.
