I am a graduate student at UT Health San Antonio, working towards earning a degree as a medical doctor. I graduated from Brigham Young University-Provo with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Spanish. Between high school and my undergraduate studies, I served a two-year volunteer mission in northern Mexico where I became fluent in Spanish and taught the Latin American people. While I tutor a variety of subjects, I am most passionate about Biology, Spanish, and English. I have always been passionate about learning and teaching. Having fun learning and seeing others advance in their understanding of subjects gives me the greatest satisfaction. I believe education is critical to a bright future and that a love of learning should be the main motivation behind education. Apart from academia, I enjoy practicing jiu-jitsu, yoga, and the arts especially drawing.
