Since graduating from the University of Michigan my career has focused on working with students to help them achieve academic success. After completing my undergraduate degree, I spent two years working as a teacher for the Teach for America Americorps program. When my teaching commitment was complete I went on to graduate school and earned an MA from the College of Education at Michigan State University. I now work as an academic advisor for college students. My goal is to ensure every student I work with feels empowered to move towards new academic milestones.
