I am a rising junior at Loyola University Chicago. I am double majoring in Neuroscience with a concentration on Molecular and Cellular Neuroscience and International Studies as well as minoring in Arabic. I have both tutored friends and classmates all throughout high school and tutored an immigrant teenager in a variety of subjects. I have also personally received tutoring for ACT prep and subsequently was able to score very well on the exam. This experience has allowed me to gain a thorough understanding of what works best to help students understand difficult concepts. While I tutor a variety of subjects, I am most passionate about Chemistry and Literature. I believe that education is critical to breaking barriers. I believe that all students are unique and thus have unique learning styles. I try to use a variety of teaching techniques to best suit the student so that they are able to best understand the material. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking, and exploring new places around Chicago.
