Dear Student,

I am glad you are considering me to be part of your educational goal. Let me tell you about myself.

I have a Master's Degree in Education, a second Master in Special Education and a Bachelor Degree in Sociology and Anthropology.

I worked as an Elementary K-5 School teacher for a period of eight years. I have been working as a substitute teacher K-Adults, since 2002, in order to have a flexible schedule to raise a family.

I have experience designing lesson plans, meeting with peers to discuss the progress of students, developing teaching techniques, and online teaching. I worked with students from all levels, including adults, and have also designed the best methods to achieve targeted learning goals.

I have experience teaching Reading Skills - Orton Gillingham program. I have worked with a diverse community of students, and peers. I have learned the importance of being sensitive to the needs of all.

I believe learning takes place every day. Therefore, I am open to new learning techniques and methods. My goal is to help students achieve their maximum potential, and feel successful.
