Certified Tutor

I am currently a first-year student at the University of Florida with a major in Microbiology and Cell Science, along with a double minor in Entomology and Music Performance (Opera). I've always had a propensity to help and teach. In high school, each summer I was a camp counselor for students where I taught them musical theatre and vocal performance. I also helped many students with different courses such as Algebra, Geometry, Biology, Writing, and even Spanish whenever my help was needed. My favorite subjects and also the main subjects that I tutor are Vocal Performance, Writing, Spanish, and Biology, but I'm pretty well-rounded in many subjects. It completely warms my heart to see students become content and grow confidence in their increasing knowledge of a struggling subject. Many students that I've tutored come back to me after a test or maybe even after an audition and are so satisfied and grateful because of the progress they have made, and I feel so honored to have helped them achieve their success. My goal for tutoring is to make sure a student is fully competent and capable of being nothing short of excellent in whatever subject the student is struggling in and I always intend on making sure that goal is met. Some other things that I like to do in my leisure time include performing in plays and musicals, karaoke, going for a walk, giving vocal lessons, and a good game of bowling.
