I am from the Springfield, IL area and I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mckendree University in Lebanon, IL in 2016. I enjoy all aspects of biology but my strongest subjects are animal anatomy and physiology as well as life and physical sciences. I plan to further my education in the biology or anthropology field and I plan to begin working for the State of Illinois soon. I am also beginning to substitute teach in my area as I have an affinity for helping children learn but do not plan to be a full time teacher. I enjoy being outside and learning about nature or the natural history around the area I live in. I look forward to working with students of different backgrounds to help them conquer the problems they are facing. I hope to bring an exciting and interactive teaching method to the table.
