Certified Tutor

I am from Saipan, a tiny island in the Pacific but am currently a Junior at Williams College. I am pursuing a double major in philosophy and psychology. I think peer support in academics is very important and I happily utilized tutors throughout my high school and college careers. I value the experiences I received when I was being tutored and want to carry that on to others! I have been a tutor since highschool when I worked with elementary and middle school kids in reading, writing, and math. Now I have continued tutoring elementary students in college, this time in the sciences. I have also expanded my tutoring to peer tutoring and work with other college students. I think it is very important to find enjoyment in what and how you learn. I like to incorporate such philosophy into how I work. Outside of tutoring, I am also on the swim team at my college, enjoy watching films with friends, grew up going to the beach, and I love to travel!
