As a tutor who previously worked in a university setting, I repeatedly saw students who were terrified of their sciences classes. Whether it was intro to chemistry or cellular biology, science classes caused so many students so much anxiety. I honestly believe that with patience and persistence, difficult material can not only be learned, it can be mastered (and in some cases even enjoyed). My goal is to teach material in a gentle, encouraging, and thorough method so that students can find reach their goals while experiencing less stress over their classes.
