I am currently an undergraduate student at University of Texas at Dallas. Throughout high school, I was an active participant in my school's afterschool tutoring program. I am very good at listening and enjoy helping students learn so that they understand the material that they may be struggling with. I understand that all students are different and learn in different ways so I believe in utilizing a variety of creative methods to help struggling students. I believe that a student can greatly benefit from one-on-one tutoring where the tutor can focus on the student's strengths and weaknesses.

What is your teaching philosophy?
I believe in using a variety of creative methods to make sure the student learns. I try my very best to help students understand what they are struggling with.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
In a typical first session, I would assess where the student is by giving them a few problems so I can find their strengths and weaknesses. Then, we can work from there.
