As an educator for three years, I have seen incremental gains establish confidence and motivate students to take risks in applying newly learned knowledge. A growth mindset means having a belief that anything that can be learned with the appropriate effort and strategy. As someone who as studied in and experienced multiple disciplines - currently business - I have learned what it truly means to rely on having a growth mindset. I strive to inspire a similar mentality in my students through realistic goal-setting and relentless pursuit of practice and preparation.
