I currently live in Kansas City, MO. I went to high school in a small southeast Kansas town, but I have always considered Kansas City my home. I originally majored in Atmospheric Sciences. I have always had an obsession with the fascination of weather phenomena. However, I changed my major to Mathematics. I wanted to have a more diverse degree for career opportunities. I will say that I would love to go back and take some weather forecasting classes just for the fun of it. I work full time in the fund accounting business in downtown Kansas City. I love my job! I want to broaden my career into helping those who struggle with math. I believe that with determination and patience, I can make math fun! I look forward to starting this journey.
