I'm a 2013 Truman State University graduate with a Bachelors of Science in biology. I spent the two years following my graduation teaching introductory biology to freshman in Harlingen, Texas. I recently moved back to St. Louis to eventually pursue a doctorate in Physical Therapy.

My interests include anything biology related, nutrition, food of all kinds, and reading. Additionally, I am a certified Les Mills BodyCombat instructor and enjoy instructing and working out in general whenever possible.
