Education has always been very important to me. I earned my BA in English from University of Detroit, MA in Publication and Media Design from University of Baltimore, and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center. I'm currently pursuing a second BA in Computer Science at Florida State University. I am a former Air Force Communications-Computer Systems Operations officer. I love math and enjoy helping others understand it. I've tutored reading and junior high math in the past and I've taught software classes. While some math concepts are just a matter of memorization, I like to help students understand the WHY. When you understand why, the learning begins and you'll hopefully never forget. When I'm not being an academic, I enjoy programming (Java and Android), playing guitar, singing, traveling, going to the movies, and being with friends and family.
