Certified Tutor

I am a recent graduate of the Master of Actuarial Science at Georgia State University where I also received a bachelor degree in Finance and Actuarial Science. During my studies at Georgia State University, I enjoyed interacting with fellow students and helping classmates with subjects I was comfortable with. All of my tutoring experiences, even though informal, were professional, fun, and rewarding. Tutoring was also beneficial for me as I got to learn alternative ways of solving problems, and it helped me rapidly recognize what learning styles and methods could be appropriate for each student. I enjoy challenges, take pride in hard work, and have a strong sense of responsibility and ethics. My favorite subjects to teach are statistics, algebra, finance, accounting, and pre-calculus. Beside studying and working, I am a soccer and basketball fan. I believe that being successful in anything requires confidence, my goal is to make you realize your potential, help you understand concepts and learning objectives related to the course, and practice enough questions and problems to make you confident and comfortable with that course.
