I recently graduated from the University of Connecticut where I triple majored in Molecular and Cell Biology, Anthropology, and Spanish. Recently, I have been teaching and privately tutoring elementary and middle school students on English grammar and composition in Spain. Additionally, I am a Teaching Assistant for Biochemistry and Cell Biology at the University of Connecticut. At university, I also volunteer with English as a Second Language to help adults better their language skills. Prior to that, I worked with high school students on college essay writing and International Baccalaureate English and Biology exams. As such, my favorite subjects to tutor are Biology and English because I feel like I have the most background in these areas and, thus, am able to better guide my students through the content. While teaching, I like to use individualized approaches to fit the needs of each student. I also believe in an interactive approach based on thorough communication to engage my students as much as possible. I'm a freshman at Rutgers University studying Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. I've always been curious about how the world works, which led me to explore everything from physics and calculus to machine learning and space research. I'm especially interested in how AI can solve real problems in spacelike predicting satellite orbits or understanding Earth's upper atmosphere. Outside of the classroom, I've tutored students from grades 6 to 12 in math and physics. I love breaking down tricky concepts and helping students find that "aha" moment. My favorite subject to tutor is Algebra 2it's where math starts getting deeper and connects to the real world, especially physics and engineering. I focus on making my sessions clear, supportive, and engaging. Whether a student needs help building confidence or mastering complex topics, I aim to make learning feel less stressful and more exciting.

Hi, my name is Advait! I'm a Kinesiology major at Texas A&M, and I've had some awesome hands-on experiences working in physical therapy clinics and research labs. I've also spent time tutoring elementary students and working with patients, which really taught me how to explain tough concepts in a simple, clear way. I love connecting what we learn in class to real life, and I'm all about helping students feel more confident and excited about learning.

I love working with children, and first started working with Elementary school kids in New York State public schools. Next, I worked for 11 years in Canada Public Schools in the before and after school program in a STEAM program setting. Together with the children, we explored many science experiments, learned technology in the form of Scratch coding, Making a Piano with Makey Makey and More. I like to follow the emergent teaching philosophy which incorporates a dynamic teaching structure in which the lesson is based on the interest and requirements of the student. I believe that learning is a lifelong process, and young children can take the most advantage of learning as their brains are like a sponge. Given the right environment and right opportunity, they can go far in life and fulfill their dreams. I graduated with a combined BSc. in Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry and went on to complete an MSc. in Chemistry. Further on, I graduated with an M. Phil research program degree in soil chemistry from the University of Delhi. To add to my science knowledge, I also completed a computer science program - an honours diploma in systems management from NIIT. I wanted to combine my science knowledge with teaching, so later went on to complete an Early Childhood Education Diploma from Canada. In my free time, I like to go on nature walks and cook. My hobbies are travelling, reading, swimming, bike riding, yoga, and gardening.
