As an aerospace engineer at GE Aviation I have spent the last five years applying and practicing all my learning from science, technology, engineering and math classes.


My greatest strength as a tutor is my ability to see problems from multiple perspectives. I know that how I understand a concept is not the only way to understand a concept; my tutee may approach a concept differently and I am adept at identifying that, and adept at identifying aspects of the concept that are posing challenges. Through my previous experience tutoring Calculus at Duke University I understand that people have different learning styles and connect with information differently. Above all else I am a great tutor because I am eager to engage with students and share my love of STEM subjects.
