I want to know their interests and help them see how their learning can go beyond just the classroom. I love to have conversations with people, allowing them to figure out the answer on their own, with me helping guide them. Growing up, I had tutors help me in many of my subjects. I would not be where I am now without them. They made me feel empowered and like I could actually accomplish the tasks school was giving me. I want to give that same feeling to others. I got my education at Indiana Wesleyan University, and have a lot of experience teaching one-on-one and in classroom settings. I enjoy math, languages (I speak three), and theology. I also love learning and am a quick learner, so I am all for taking on challenging subjects with my students to help them learn as we grow together.

I spend a lot of time with my wife and our two puppies at home. We often play games, go on walks, and watch our favorite TV shows. I also love to play sports (I enjoy playing disc golf, soccer, and baseball).
