I am a passionate English teacher who happens to also have a strong algebra and geometry background. I believe in helping students become successful in whatever area in school is needed. In my 26 years of being a teacher, the only failure is in not trying, so encourage you sometimes to think outside of the box and find ways that will help you be successful as a student.

Besides teaching, what I enjoy is spending time with my friends, reading good books, traveling, and playing sports like kickball and volleyball. I also enjoy listening to different genres of music and love being part of community theatre.
