I believe science should be made accessible AND understandable by all! Many struggle to grasp the more complex ideas their science classes present the first time through, and often there just isn't time in the classroom to slow it down when necessary to meet the extra needs of a few while the rest move onward. This can have a snowballing effect, worsening and worsening over time, and I believe the trick to breaking out of the trap is some straight-forward, straight-language tutoring!
