As a teacher, I strive to create a classroom environment where students feel safe to take risks, ask questions, and develop confidence in their abilities. Learning is most meaningful when students are actively engaged, can connect new concepts to their own experiences, and feel valued as individuals.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading whenever I can find a quiet moment. I stay busy with my three active children and our two dogs, who keep life fun and full of adventure.
